My Outfit Choice For NY’s Eve

Dečačka, a sexy, opuštena i elegantna, crna, a zanimljiva. Do sledećeg posta. Vaša B.
The questionWhere are you going for New Year’s” is, in my opinion, is just an easy way for breaking the awkward silence in the company of people with whom you cannot make fun of the mentioned holiday. The New Year’s Eve is the textbook example of a holiday cliché, one of the most exploited ones. But somehow, every year, the thought that we should tear up the last sheet of the calendar, and start a new one brings a smile on my face. Do you know what this whole cynicism has to do with today’s post, where all the attention will be put on my so-called New Year’s Eve combination? It’s simple. There is no connection.
All the skepticism disappeared the moment I walked in among the crowded and colorful shelves with my PayPass sticker, well-equipped for the shopping madness. A typical woman, what can I say. There is a good reason for everything. And what could be a better reason for the shopping than buying a New Year’s Eve outfit? Well, these are the words of a victim of consumer society. Whether intended for the December 31 or some other event, today’s combination is here to inspire you, and remind you that a little black dress does not have to be your only and universal choice in when it comes to stylish variations. Play with materials, prints and do not let formalities inhibit you while expressing who you really are. This comes from my personal experience. I had the tendency to grab recklessly for the imposed elegance, losing myself. Having learned from my mistakes in the past, this is my early version of my New Year’s Eve combination outfit. Boyish, but sexy, relaxed, but elegant, black, but still interesting. And that would be me, from the first button on my shirt, down to the heels. The only advice I will give you: stay true to yourself, even if it means wearing yellow Wellies with a red dress for the New Year’s Eve. Enjoy the holiday atmosphere. Until the next post. Yours, B.
